AI Model Providers

Some Toolscaled features send content to an AI model provider: a workflow step that uses a model, and the model that decides which workflow handles an incoming email. This page lists every provider Toolscaled LLC can use for these features, with links to each provider's terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we send and how we protect it.

How we use them
- We send a provider only the content that the step or feature needs, and only to run it. Each provider handles that content under its own terms, linked above.
- We use only providers whose terms, or our settings with them, forbid training their models on customer content.
- Providers may keep content for a short time to detect abuse, usually about 30 days (up to 55 days for Gemini API logs), and then delete it.
