Troubleshooting
Most problems show as a message from your agent. Find the message below, and the section tells you what to do.
The agent says it needs an active session
Section titled “The agent says it needs an active session”Ask the agent to continue the session it started, or to list your sessions and connect to the right one.
The agent asks you to sign in again
Section titled “The agent asks you to sign in again”The agent renews its access by itself. If it is not used for 30 days, or someone revokes it, the agent opens sign-in again. Sign in and approve the workspace.
“No workspace is available to connect”
Section titled ““No workspace is available to connect””You need an active workspace where you are an Administrator, Author or Can start runs. Create a workspace, or ask an administrator to invite you.
“Check that the workspace has agent access and a published default toolkit”
Section titled ““Check that the workspace has agent access and a published default toolkit””The workspace needs a published toolkit. A new workspace gets a starter toolkit when it is created. For an older workspace, Toolscaled creates the starter toolkit when an Administrator approves a connection; other members ask an Administrator to connect an agent once.
A tool needs a credential
Section titled “A tool needs a credential”The agent tells you which credential is missing. Paste it in the console when the agent asks, or add it under Connections in the workspace. If a Google or Microsoft account expired, connect it again under Connections.
The workspace used all of its credits
Section titled “The workspace used all of its credits”Model calls stop until the credits reset at the start of the next billing period. Buy a credit pack or change the plan on the Plan and usage page of the workspace. Work that waits for credits shows under Action items.
